Adam & Eve Church

Full façade restoration and repair works were carried out. This entailed specialized masonry and concrete repairs to decorative features and cornice works throughout, followed by chemical cleaning and sandblasting. Waterproof protections and insulation were upgraded throughout and a new paralon insulated flat roofing system was installed. Lantern roof lights were traditionally refurbished with new glass and lead covered glazing slips and the church windows and doors, both metal and timber, were decorated on completion. Internal refurbishment works, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, complete rewire incorporating digital lighting schemes, period railing and gates and new cupola stained glass leaded lighting. The works were carried out in three phases and the church remained open for the duration of the project.
