About This Project

Dartry – Dublin 6

The works on this project required extensive internal remodelling and renovations. Comprising of bespoke kitchen & bathrooms, cinema room, bar/pool room, spiral wine cellar, heat recovery, underfloor heating & smart technology, an outdoor kitchen BBQ terrace area. Significant structural changes were undertaken whereby the entire basement was underpinned to gain additional head height and the rear of the old dwelling was demolished to give an open plan kitchen and dining area. In addition to these works we engaged a sketch artist who hand drew some of the areas to scale so that the client could get a better feel for the rooms.
